Hyspec Estates was founded in 2003 by three professional property developers, Mark Begley and Peter Maddams both being chartered builders and Brian Evans being a chartered surveyor. They first met in 1987 whilst working for Taylor Woodrow and since then had followed their own paths in the construction industry culminating in them owning and running their own respective companies.
Whilst working together on a number of projects they decided to pool knowledge, experience and resources and formed Hyspec Estates Limited, a company focused on residential development. Since then they have carried out a number of projects (see previous property developments) varying in style from traditional Cotswold buildings and conversions to modern sea front developments.
Geographically, Hyspec do not have any boundaries but generally their property developments are in the South and South West of England where they have formed working partnerships with many designers, builders and suppliers.
The Hyspec philosophy is to work in a harmonious manner with all the parties involved in the development process, to accomplish the right result. |
